I have this nagging suspicion that the reason nobody writes any decent Yue Ying/Zhuge Liang fic is because people have a problem with the notion of a couple whose attraction is mostly intellectual. As in they can't write two people who love each other for their epic smarts. Every time I read a fic in which Yue Ying is all like "YES BUT DOES HE LOVE ME AS A WOMAN" I want to die a little. All these people deserve to be doomfan'd till they're on fire.
... Zhuge Liang is so evil. I mean, wow.
